You send them money by bank transfer or Touch 'n Go, and they load the same amount of credit. When you want your money out, you ask for a cuci, they take the credit off the ID and transfer the cash back.

It's quick. It also means one person holds your balance. There is no receipt from the game provider and no one to complain to if the agent stops replying. Credits can get frozen, IDs reset, and some agents add their own minimum cuci or turnover rules that you never see inside the app. This kind of online gambling isn't allowed under Malaysian law either, so you have no legal backup if it goes wrong.

Checks before the first top-up

Ask the agent in writing what the minimum and maximum cuci are and how long a payout takes. Get the answer in the chat, not on a call.

Start small. I'd top up something like RM30, play a bit, and do one withdrawal before loading more. If the first cuci is slow or comes with new conditions, you've learnt what you needed for RM30.
