Chao Ji 888: the three-reel dragon-eight game on NTC33
About as simple as a slot gets: three reels, one symbol (a dragon curled into an 8) and three prizes, x8, x88 and x888.
One symbol, three drums, three prizes. That's the whole game. Chao Ji 888 (超级 888, "super 888") has a golden dragon curled into the shape of an 8, and the prize list printed above the reels is just:
- one 8 pays x8
- 88 pays x88
- 888 pays x888
The old page said the same thing, and pushed the lucky-number angle a lot.
The tricky part is what counts as an 8. The drums stop wherever they stop, so a dragon can land fully centred or split across the line with only the top or bottom loop showing. In the hero shot, reel 1 has a full 8 and the other two show halves. The win box reads RM0.4 on an RM0.05 bet, which is exactly x8. So it looks like only a full, centred 8 counts.
Don't get excited by this one. Three full 8s at RM0.01 with a win of 0 is almost certainly the attract screen before the first spin, not a result. Always check the win box, not the reels.
There's nothing else on the panel: an RM bet box with minus and plus (we saw RM0.01 and RM0.05), a Win display and a big green Spin button. I didn't see autoplay, turbo or a max bet. With spins this quick, I'd keep the bet at the minimum.

How does Chao Ji 888 pay?
The paytable above the reels shows one 8 pays x8, two 8s pay x88 and three 8s pay x888 times the bet. The winning shot shows RM0.4 from an RM0.05 bet, which is the x8 prize.
Does a half-visible 8 count?
The screenshots suggest a win needs the dragon 8 to stop fully on the centre of the reel. Spins with only halves of 8s showing on the line paid nothing, but check the in-game help to be sure.
Are there free spins or bonus games?
Nothing in the screenshots points to any. There are only the bet buttons, the win display and a Spin button.
