Count the rows before you spin: there are four, not three. Fortune Panda is a 5x4 grid in a red lacquer frame, with bamboo on both sides and "25 LINER" signs on the edges. LINES 25, PLAY 4, TOTAL PLAY 100 in every screenshot, and a Grand/Major/Minor/Mini bar along the top.
Pay values are listed per credit, and the table says all pays go left to right. The panda is the only symbol that pays for two: 1000, 200, 40 and 10 for five, four, three and two in a row. Everything else comes in pairs that share the same values.

The bottom half of that screen is about free games: "the opportunity to win more wild". One panel says "Whenever 3X scattered" over a gold ingot. The other says "Every time adding more" over a golden seal marked 百搭, the Chinese for wild. So three ingots start the free games and extra wilds get added during them. The rest is cut off.
Three drums on line 11 paid 16 here. I couldn't work out how the per-credit table turns into the WIN number, so just read the message strip under the reels; it names the line and the amount.
