SBOBET's homepage at the time pushed it with the line "compete with other players", and the screen does show you're sharing each round with a crowd: the counter on the right read between 137 and 148 players in our screenshots.
One kick per round
A countdown sits over the keeper with "Place your bet!" underneath. When it hits zero, the view cuts to the ball on the spot, the kick, then a close-up of the net or the keeper's save. "The result is coming out!" flashes before the win or loss shows.
Reading the board
The board is split in two, blue for Goal and red for Save.

Under it, a bar shows how the room has split its money, say 55% on Goal and 45% on Save. That's just other players' choices, not a tip.
Chips are 1, 5 and 25, with Clear, a 2x button that doubles your chips on the board, and Rebet. The Top Winner panel on the left shows three players' win rates, which I'd ignore completely.
The numbers check out. A 5 on Save paid 9.75 and a 25 on Goal paid 48.75, both exactly 1.95 times. We never saw the rules page, so how the x5.8 side bets settle, and the house edge, aren't confirmed.
